|Recommended: YesSafe,clean and convenient — Uptown is an awesome choice when picking an apartment. The office staff is so easy to work with and always available when needed. So clean and close to campus. Apartments are updated and furnished making it easy for move in. The underground parking is definitely a bonus. We definitely look forward to spending a weekend and checking out the area.

- friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff
- limited move-in parking other options thankfully very close to building
- seemingly competent soundproofing within and between apartment units
- stairwell smells significantly better than most spacious elevators hallways aren’t stuffy
- courtyards have dirty siding but nice amenities seating, TV, lighting, plants, grills, etc.
- apartment units have relatively new appliances and furniture only minorly damaged definitely required cleaning prior to move-in but nothing out of the ordinary
- good security fob for building access, key for mail, key for apartment, and key for room

|Recommended: YesGreat Company Apartment — I usually have bad experiences moving in places, but CollegePlace Uptown was a pleasant surprise. Everything was set up great and even though there were a lot of people moving in as well, it didn't take long to transport everything from the car to the apartment.
