submitted by Esmeralda M. - |Recommended: YesI appreciate the security safety of the facility — As a parent, the security and safety of College Place Uptown is of upmost importance to me. The team in the management office has been great from day one. Everything has been smooth sailing from the start. The apartments and all amenities included are worth the cost.
response from property -Thank you for the great feedback! We hope that you continue to enjoy your experience here at CPU!
submitted by Dominique S. - |Recommended: YesI really love and appreciate living here, and the building management team is so friendly and accommodating — If someone were to ask me what it's like living here, I would say that its like a home away from home. There is so much to love about this place. The security, the seamless operation of everything here, neighbors here really respect each other and reciprocate the same in return. If I ever have questions or concerns, the lovely team in the leasing office is always ready and available to help.
submitted by Caitlyn W. - |Recommended: YesGreat place for students — Location is perfect to ISU quad, CVS nearby has basically everything one may need, 1 BR apartments are perfect size and have enough space.
submitted by Maria H. - |Recommended: YesGood place to live — I really enjoy living at college place, however I do not like that the parking is an additional extra charge especially when rent is so high and I live alone. I can also hear my neighbors pretty well in my room which is annoying but not horrible. I really love everything else about living at college place and will most likely sign again because of location and safety
submitted by Zachary M. - |Recommended: YesWell maintained — it's close to campus and well-maintained
submitted by Susan J. - |Recommended: YesVery positive experience — My daughter lived at another complex last year that advertised room mate matching. It was clear after several unfortunate and scary incidents, that there was no true room mate matching. When we met with Ashley to tour CollegePlace Uptown, we explained our prior experience. Ashley was very concerned and explained exactly how CollegePlace Uptown would address the circumstances that we previously encountered. Ashley made me feel confident that this was the right place for my daughter but I was still a little skeptical due to the past experience at the other complex. I have held off writing a review because I wanted to see how things went. My daughter moved in at the beginning of the semester. Move in process was easy and the staff was very helpful. I visited two weeks ago and I have to express my genuine appreciation. It is clear that CollegePlace Uptown does take great effort in room mate matching and due to that, things are going very well. The complex is immaculate. My daughter has indicated that they have had to submit a service request for minor things and the response has been immediate. The building is very secure and as a parent, this really gives me peace of mind. I would highly recommend CollegePlace Uptown. A sincere thank you to Ashley for really taking the time to listen to our concerns. It has made a world of difference for my daughter. Sue J

It's not very crowded and the people who live here are pretty considerate of others. There are cameras everywhere so there is no worry about someone trying to break in to your appointment or your car if you have one here.
submitted by Cayden R. - |Recommended: YesA great 2 person apartment for sophomores — There is more pros than cons at CPU. CPU offers every amenity that you could look for. With 3 different courtyards, and having different things to do at each, CPU is far from a normal apartment complex. Parking is overly expensive. It adds 60 a month added onto your rent. Every other realtor in ISU offers parking included. The parking offered by the school is cheaper than here. This is primarily the only con to CPU, which makes it perfect for sophomores who don't need cars.
submitted by Charlie J. - |Recommended: YesPretty great community, but a tad bit pricey — I would tell them everything is nice and the community is great but the apartments are a tad bit too pricey for the amount of space in them.
response from property -Thank you Charlie for your kind words! We will keep that in mind while we set our rates for this upcoming leasing season.
submitted by Danielle A. - |Recommended: YesDanielle A. — I love my apartment. I never hear my neighbors, the community is always clean and the leasing office staff is really nice and professional. I would definitely recommend living here. I have also renewed my lease as I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else, I have become comfortable here.
response from property -Thanks for your kind words, Danielle! We wouldn't want you to live anywhere else either.
submitted by Ashley S. - |Recommended: YesLove this place — On top of it being insanely close to campus and all of uptown, the staff is very helpful and accommodating and they really go out of their way to make your experience an enjoyable one. To anyone looking for an apartment I would HIGHLY recommend living here.
response from property -Ashley, we are happy to have you live her at CPU! We strive on making all our residents experience awesome while living here, and glad to hear that you believe so also.

response from property -Thank you for the 5 stars! We are happy to hear that your experience here at CollegePlace Uptown has been great!
submitted by Michael Z. - |Recommended: YesPretty good could be a little less expensive — Insulation could be better as it could get a bit cold by the windows in the winter and electricity can be expensive. also the sink faucet in the bathrooms are too close to the back and you end up touching the back of the sink bowl when washing your hands. It really isn't much to have a faucet thats one or two inches longer. also make a way to email staff in the office more readily available instead of calling I'm usually busy and will get to it when i see it
response from property -Michael, thank you for your feedback. We have improved our communication with our residents by now adding texting notifications. We understand everyone is very busy throughout the day and unable to answer phone calls. Along with an email notification, you will now receive text notifications for packages, work order completion, and more. We hope this new service will accommodate you better!
